April 9, 2020 at 1:51 am,

Depression is a very common and serious mental illness that negatively affects how we feel, how we think, and how we act. People who suffer from depression aren't people who "just choose not to be happy". It is important that we educate ourselves about the symptoms, causes & effects of depression so that we can identify depression for what it is and not just a feeling of sadness. .Image may contain: possible text that says 'SADNESS DEPRESSION Normal human •Abnormal emotional emotion state -We feel sad about •We feel sad about particular things everything •Doesn't necessarily Has a specific trigger have a specific trigger Temporary •Chronic •Doesn't generally affect •Affects all aspects other parts of our lives of our lives'
